You do not need to learn to code. You do not need a co-founder. You do not need a $30k agency.
You need a builder who handles everything technical and ships in 21 days. That is what we do.
The non-technical founder problem
You have an idea. You see the gap in the market. You know who your customer is. The only thing standing between you and a launched product is the code — and you cannot write it.
So you start hunting. You find quotes that scare you ($30k+). You find freelancers that ghost you. You try no-code tools and hit walls. Months pass. Your idea sits in a Notion doc.
You do not need a developer. You need a partner who treats your launch as their job — not their side project.
What you do not need to do
What we handle for you
What you actually do
- Show up to the discovery call — describe your idea, your audience, your goal
- Approve the scope — we send you the 3–4 features. You confirm.
- Send your content — copy, photos, brand colours if you have them. We can write copy too.
- Review milestones — we send updates and demos. You give feedback.
- Launch — we put you live. You start telling customers.
Average founder time investment: ~3–5 hours total over 21 days.
The 21-day timeline
- Days 1–2 — Discovery. One call. We understand your idea, audience, and the 3–4 features that matter.
- Days 2–3 — Strategy. Locked scope, locked timeline, locked price. No surprises.
- Days 3–18 — Build. Landing page, app, dashboard, auth, deployment. We move fast.
- Days 18–21 — Launch. You go live. Real domain, real users, real product.
21-day delivery guarantee

I have an idea but no co-founder. Can you help?
Yes. The whole point of this service is to be the technical execution layer for solo, non-technical founders. You bring the idea and the customer understanding — we bring the code, the infrastructure, and the launch.
How technical do I need to be to work with you?
Zero. You do not need to know what a database is or what auth stands for. If you can describe your idea in plain English and have opinions about who your customer is, you have everything we need.
I have used no-code tools and hit a wall. Can you take it from there?
Often, yes. We will look at what you have built. If the no-code version is good enough to keep, we keep it. If it is the bottleneck, we rebuild it properly. Either way, you end up with a real product, not a Frankenstein stack.
Do I need to write technical specs or wireframes?
No. Most non-technical founders cannot write a tech spec because the whole point is they are not technical. We do the translation work — you describe what you want in your own words, we figure out how to build it.
What if I do not know what features to include?
That is the most common situation. On the discovery call we help you cut your idea down to the 3–4 features that actually prove the concept. The rest can be added after you have paying users.
Will I be able to maintain it after launch?
You will not need to write code, but you will be able to update copy, swap images, change pricing, and view your data. For deeper changes, you fully own the codebase and any developer can take over.
I have no audience yet. Should I still build?
Honest answer: not necessarily. Sometimes the right move is to validate first — get 10 people to say they would pay for it before you build it. We will tell you on the call if we think you should hold off.
